The rooms are well-equipped and comfy, with electric blankets and hypo-allergenic pillows. the staff are helpful and amiable. the setting is favorable, close to eating places and the city center. the Riccarton district is absolutely worth visiting.

Lovely beds and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and tea/coffee making equipment. Quiet atmosphere and private bathroom. Location close enough to Mona Vale, a lovely private garden area and beautiful garden.
